Hey Derek, I have tried twice I keep getting the message "CONVERTER NOT AVAILABLE THIS TIME. TRY AGAIN LATER." It doesn't work. I had the same issue with the barcode generator tool and gave up. Sigh 🙁
I tried today, 03/29/20 and was told it was not available and to try again later. Is this not working on purpose? PS. Love your videos.
Tried converting a PDF to Epub on your website and failed twice. It seems it doesn't really work. Advise?

I just used this and it was great! So generous to make it a free tool! I've been looking for something like this. The only issue I have is that you can't see the cover in the library, only when you open the ebook. Is this to be expected? Thanks!
Thank you…I have found all of your videos very helpful in formatting my book. That said, I am struggling with Publishxpress. It allows me to change the word document and then reload it but it gives me the same first file I originally loaded. I know this as I have removed all front matter and when I load the new file the MOBI file it still has the front matter included. I have tried several times but although it looks like it is generating a new file it is the still the original first file I loaded. Do you know how I can upload a corrected copy?
Excellent Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you tried – Tarbbatigan ebook master Tip (should be on google have a look)? It is a good exclusive guide for learning how to create an ebook without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker finally got cool results with it.

I have entered all my info into the creator, then it takes it all and says come back later. this has been doing this for awhile now.
I was converting a word document today from my phone but tool you created didn't work. It said to come back later.
